I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, where I
am currently living.
I am co-owner of Trudy's School of Dance with my sister.
Trudy's was established by my Mom, "Mrs. Trudy" as she is
still affectionately known, and the studio is in its 67th season!
I teach full time and am joined by a staff of great teachers,
including my daughter Tiffany; all teachers are trained in ballet,
pointe, jazz, tap, hip-hop (Tiffany's classes are to die for), and I
also teach the shag, which is South Carolina's State Dance.
I also choreograph for Sheri Grace Productions and several of
her shows have been featured during Piccolo Spoleto, which is a huge
arts festival held in Charleston, SC every spring.
I have also done shows such as Cabaret, Little Shop of Horrors,
Broadway Divas, Rock N' Roll Heaven, RRH2, Soul of the 60's, My Name
Will Always Be Alice, Forever Plaid, Stepping Out, etc, etc.
I have also choreographed shows for the local, historical,
Footlight Players on Queen Street, including Della's Diner.
Dancing has been in my blood since birth and in my feet since
age 3!
